Frequently Asked Questions

Processing time FAQ:

  • The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 business days.
  • For Pre-Orders the time needed to fill an order varies from 7-15 business days.

Estimated shipping time FAQ:

  • All shipping is sent through the USPS
  • Your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you place an order during a major launch/restock, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.
  • Pre-orders will ship within 4-6 weeks.

Orders and Delivery FAQ:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse
  • All delivery time frames start from the day after you place the order unless specified.

Returns and Refunds FAQ:

  • At this time returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

How Can I Track My Order:

  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and $5 processing fee.
